Our Story
Bolga Baskets Canada, Inc. was founded by Raymon Khan in April 2017. It all started in 1998 by his younger brother Morris on a trip through Bolgatanga. While traveling through the rural villages of Bolgatanga, Morris fell in love with the people and culture.
Women Weavers
Most of the artisan weavers are women using centuries-old traditions. They are passionate about their work. We aim to showcase their rich culture through our handwoven baskets sourced directly from the artisan weavers from Bolgatanga.
